Instructions
Put sour dough in oven, heat with steam on 32c for 12 minutes mix all ingredients except flour into the mixing bowl including sour dough
Add flour and mix on low for 4 minutes no pressure on wheel Mix another 4 minutes on low with pressure on wheel
Change to high speed and mix another approx 4 mins, adjust wheel tighter Check consistency and add flour if necessary, no more than 750gms
mix on high for a further 4 mins
