Wrap the cut mussels in bacon ensuring that the ends cross over by at least half. The aim is to get 3-4 wrapped out of 1 piece of bacon. Stick with a toothpick ready for bbq'ing
Puree the peppercorns, mustard and lemon in the whizzer, add the mayo and container
Cook the mussels on the BBQ until golden. Serve the sauce as a dipping sauce.
