Instructions
At Kitchen
Blend cream cheese, eggs and baking mix in blender till smooth, place into (a) piping bags
Place caramelised onion mix into ping bag
On site
Place tarts on a baking tray to fit on site oven. pipe half/half of onion and marscapone mix in that order
Bake at 180 c fan for approx 10 mins or until golden and firm-ish to the touch.
Leave for a minute or 2 before serving as filling will be hot.
