Marinade

Instructions
Whisk together all marinade ingredients and reserve 25% for dressing the skewers once cooked.
Add cut chicken to it and marinate for approx 2 hours
Place chicken on bamboo skewer length-ways on the end
Container ready for cooking
Cook on a clean bbq in batches, cleaqning between batches
