Ingredients
1500gramscanned chickpeasdrained well
100gramscorianderleaf and stalks (clean)
3tspground coriander
1.5tspcumin
1.5tspground pepper
1.5tspsmoked paprika
1.5tspall spice
.5tsptumeric
1.5tspminced garlic
3tspSalt
3 tsplemon juice
6Tbspolive oil
4TbspGF baking mix
1eachEgg
.25kgSour Cream
.25kgchutney? flavour
.5kgfeta
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, but not completely smooth
Form into approx 20 gram balls, make a well in the centre of each ball & place a knob of feta in the middle, the close over and pack ready for transport
Put sour cream into a piping bag and tie off
Blend chutney until reasonably smooth, then place in pipng bag and tie off
