Pickled Carrots
We use these in our Banh Mi but good for lots of things.
Ingredients
- 8 cups sugar
- 1.75 lt apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 mls rice wine vinegar
- 8 Tbs Salt
- 3 kg Grated Carrots Spun
Instructions
- Whisk all ingress except carrots together. Use stick blender for speed
- Add grated carrots and put in containers. Will keep for 3 weeks.
