Greek style salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 700 grams chickpeas drained weight
- 1500 grams tomatoes left whole, cut onsite
- 900 grams feta cubed
- 50 grams oregano leaves un picked weight
- 3 each cucumbers large deseeded and cut on an angle
- 500 grams baby spinach leaf
- 500 grams red onion peeled and thinly sliced in half rounds
Dressing
- 100 ml olive oil
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp level NY pepper
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (can replace with honey)
