Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 700 grams chickpeas drained weight
  • 1500 grams tomatoes left whole, cut onsite
  • 900 grams feta cubed
  • 50 grams oregano leaves un picked weight
  • 3 each cucumbers large deseeded and cut on an angle
  • 500 grams baby spinach leaf
  • 500 grams red onion peeled and thinly sliced in half rounds

Dressing

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp level NY pepper
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar (can replace with honey)
