Greek style LEAF salad with apple cider & honey dressing

Ingredients
Salad
- 500 grams Mixed Fancy Leaf
- 1500 grams tomatoes left whole, cut onsite
- 900 grams feta cubed
- 50 grams oregano leaves un picked weight
- 3 each cucumbers large deseeded and cut on an angle
- 250 grams baby spinach leaf
- 500 grams red onion peeled and thinly sliced in half rounds
- 300 grams green stuffed or piled kalamata olives
Dressing
- 200 ml olive oil
- 70 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp level NY pepper
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 300 grams sun-dried tomatoes chopped
