Eton Brownie Mess (GF)
Ingredients
- 60 Meringue nests
- 4 lt cream
- 4 Tbsp icing sugar
- .75 kg Raspberries Frozen
- 1.5 kg Blueberries Frozen
- 1.5 kg Strawberries Fresh
- 1 GF Brownie 30X40 cm at room temperature
- 300 ml berry coulis
Instructions
- Crush meringues a little in a container
- Defrost berries in a strainer and take juice off
- Cut strawberries
- Whip cream with icing sugar
- Cut brownie into small bite sized chunks
- Mix all together and serve with berry coulis from a squirt bottle and some edible flowers
