Ingredients
  

  • 1500 grams canned chickpeas drained well
  • 100 grams coriander leaf and stalks (clean)
  • 3 tsp ground coriander
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1.5 tsp ground pepper
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp all spice
  • .5 tsp tumeric
  • 1.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp GF baking mix
  • 1 each Egg
  • .25 kg Sour Cream
  • .25 kg chutney ? flavour
  • .5 kg feta

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, but not completely smooth
  • Form into approx 20 gram balls, make a well in the centre of each ball & place a knob of feta in the middle, the close over and pack ready for transport
  • Put sour cream into a piping bag and tie off
  • Blend chutney until reasonably smooth, then place in pipng bag and tie off
