Chickpea & feta fritters

Ingredients
- 1500 grams canned chickpeas drained well
- 100 grams coriander leaf and stalks (clean)
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp ground pepper
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp all spice
- .5 tsp tumeric
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp GF baking mix
- 1 each Egg
- .25 kg Sour Cream
- .25 kg chutney ? flavour
- .5 kg feta
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, but not completely smooth
- Form into approx 20 gram balls, make a well in the centre of each ball & place a knob of feta in the middle, the close over and pack ready for transport
- Put sour cream into a piping bag and tie off
- Blend chutney until reasonably smooth, then place in pipng bag and tie off
