Caramelised onion & Marscapone Tarts
1.5 per person should suffice for most situations except all canapé menus
Ingredients
Marscapone mix
- .6 kg Cream Cheese
- 2 each eggs
- .11 kg Bagels gf baking mix
Other ingredients
- .75 kg Caramelised onion mix See recipe
- 100 each Lincoln gluten free tarts
Instructions
At Kitchen
- Blend cream cheese, eggs and baking mix in blender till smooth, place into (a) piping bags
- Place caramelised onion mix into ping bag
On site
- Place tarts on a baking tray to fit on site oven. pipe half/half of onion and marscapone mix in that order
- Bake at 180 c fan for approx 10 mins or until golden and firm-ish to the touch.
- Leave for a minute or 2 before serving as filling will be hot.
