BBQ Thai Chicken
Ingredients
- 15 kg Chicken thighs
- 75 grams Basil Finely chopped
- 150 grams coriander Finely chopped
- 300 grams crushed ginger
- 300 grams crushed garlic
- 500 ml soy sauce
- 500 ml fish sauce
- 500 ml olive oil
- 500 grams soft brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken together and hold in 2 litre bottles
- Trim fillets to approx half
- Add marinade and mix thouroughly 1 hour prior to cooking
- Brown on BBQ and finish in oven
