Ingredients
  

  • 0.675 lt water
  • 1 kg beta flour
  • .425 kg sour dough starter
  • 10 grams yeast
  • 20 grams Salt
  • 20 grams oil
  • .1 tsp citric acid

Instructions
 

  • mix all ingredients except flour into the mixing bowl
  • Add flour and mix on low for 2 minutes
  • Change to high speed and mix another approx 8 mins or until elastic
  • Turn out into a greased bowl
