Baby Meringues/Pavlovas
Ingredients
- 3 each Egg whites
- 1 cup Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Sherry vinegar
Instructions
- Beat whites to stiff peaks
- Slowly add sugar into stiff whites
- Slowly add vinegar
- Pipe out onto trays lined with baking paper
- Fan bake at 100C for 60 mins then turn off oven and leave to dry out over night.
