Baby Meringues/Pavlovas

Ingredients
  

  • 3 each Egg whites
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Sherry vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Beat whites to stiff peaks
  • Slowly add sugar into stiff whites
  • Slowly add vinegar
  • Pipe out onto trays lined with baking paper
  • Fan bake at 100C for 60 mins then turn off oven and leave to dry out over night.
