Eton Brownie Mess (GF)

Ingredients
  

  • 60 Meringue nests
  • 4 lt cream
  • 4 Tbsp icing sugar
  • .75 kg Raspberries Frozen
  • 1.5 kg Blueberries Frozen
  • 1.5 kg Strawberries Fresh
  • 1 GF Brownie 30X40 cm at room temperature
  • 300 ml berry coulis

Instructions
 

  • Crush meringues a little in a container
  • Defrost berries in a strainer and take juice off
  • Cut strawberries
  • Whip cream with icing sugar
  • Cut brownie into small bite sized chunks
  • Mix all together and serve with berry coulis from a squirt bottle and some edible flowers
