Agria & Pea Smash (DAIRY FREE)
Ingredients
- 1 kg Agria potatoes
- .2 kg Peas
- .075 kg Dijonaise https://thatfoodguynzrecipes.com/whole-egg-dijonnaise/
- 10 grams salt
- 5 grams NY pepper
Instructions
- Chop potatoes into chunks and lay up in steamer baskets
- Lay peas up in steamer baskets
- Cook potatoes on full steam 100C for 27 mins
- When timer goes add peas on top shelf and cook a further 3 minutes
- Open oven and let steam subside drying out potato
- Put into large bowl and smash together with peas & S&P
- Let cool to warm & mix through dijonnaise
- Form into 135 gram potato cakes
