Ingredients
  

  • 30 each eggs into egg mayo
  • 1000 grams ham sliced
  • 750 grams chicken tenders steamed
  • 150 grams Pesto
  • 350 grams hummus
  • 250 grams mayonnaise
  • 5 loaves Molenburg Toast + White Toast Half and half where possible

Instructions
 

  • Use eggs and half mayonnaise to make egg mayo. Add finely chopped parsley if you have on hand
  • Steam chicken, cool and then use a food processor make into a paste with remainder of mayonnaise and pesto
  • Layer 1 = egg mayo, ham.....Layer 2 = chicken pestro and hummus. Construct as a 3 layer sandwich
