Genius Club Sambos
Ingredients
- 30 each eggs into egg mayo
- 1000 grams ham sliced
- 750 grams chicken tenders steamed
- 150 grams Pesto
- 350 grams hummus
- 250 grams mayonnaise
- 5 loaves Molenburg Toast + White Toast Half and half where possible
Instructions
- Use eggs and half mayonnaise to make egg mayo. Add finely chopped parsley if you have on hand
- Steam chicken, cool and then use a food processor make into a paste with remainder of mayonnaise and pesto
- Layer 1 = egg mayo, ham.....Layer 2 = chicken pestro and hummus. Construct as a 3 layer sandwich
