Whole Egg Dijonnaise
Ingredients
- 1.5 lt oil
- .15 kg dijon mustard
- 6 each eggs
- .05 lt honey mustard dressing
- .05 lt tarragon vinigar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except oil into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Slowly drizzle in the oil while the machine is running. The mixture should thicken and come to the top of the bowl.
- Store for up to 3 weeks
