Whole Egg Dijonnaise

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lt oil
  • .15 kg dijon mustard
  • 6 each eggs
  • .05 lt honey mustard dressing
  • .05 lt tarragon vinigar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except oil into a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Slowly drizzle in the oil while the machine is running. The mixture should thicken and come to the top of the bowl.
  • Store for up to 3 weeks
